How do weighted grades work?
Weighted grades multiply each category average by its weight percentage. For example, if tests are 60% and you have 85% average, that contributes 51 points (85 × 0.6) to your final grade.
What if my weights don't add up to 100%?
The calculator will warn you if weights don't total 100%. Make sure all category weights sum to exactly 100% for accurate final grade calculations.
How accurate is the "grade needed" calculator?
Very accurate if you input correct values. It uses the formula: Required Score = (Desired Grade - Current Grade × Current Weight) ÷ Final Exam Weight.
